Workshops

Play is one of the most effective strategies for learning.  Our workshops teach participants the skills of collaboration through fun low-stakes exercises.  

Example Exercise: Story Construct 
Participants must generate a list of words to be used in a subsequent story.  Once the words have been generated, they must assemble a story using as many of their words as possible.

This exercise highlights in a very visceral way, the fact that we often prioritize the "shiniest objects" - the elements of a project that are most visible.  Whereas, in fact, success relies on a substantial amount of "behind the scenes" work - in the case of the exercise, itself, all the connector words "a," "the," "and," all punctuation.  A cohesive story or project requires a remarkable amount of support work.

Performances

Looking for a fun way for your team to unwind and connect?  How about a fully interactive show with a cast of seasoned performers from stage and screen.  We'll take suggestions from the audience, highlight honored guests, and adjust the show in real time to what we're hearing from the crowds!

Audience Members share acronyms and jargon in their world and then performers come up with completely original (and very incorrect) new definitions.
