At Proca Corp., we are obsessed with Positive Sum Games - creating situations in which all parties benefit.  Frequently, we overlook Positive Sum Games because Zero Sum (and sometimes Negative Sum) games are more immediately compelling.  The Art of Collaboration takes investment and practice but it is also the only path to an outcome where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Piero has a degree in Biology and Neuroscience and over 20 years of experience in Improv and Sketch comedy.  He loves bringing the tools of improvisation and collaboration to places where it can do the most good.
